Ryan operates a small-scale regenerative fruit and vegetable farm—Field Good Farms / La ferme j’me champ bien—which reflects his commitment to sustainability and community well-being. He is also a farmer research in Ecological Farmers Association of Ontario's farmer-led research program.

Sarah Larsen:

Sarah is the Research Director for the Ecological Farmers Association of Ontario where she supports farmers to cultivate their curiosity with farmer-led research and improve their farming practices.
